You are renting a cell-mobile phone for $20 USD for a 1 to 4 day rental period. For each day beyond 4 days, your additional cost will be $5 USD. You will receive a fully charged Chinese cell-mobile phone, with a SIM card and your own telephone number. Already installed, will be our number, and several other numbers that will be useful to you. The phone will come installed with at least 100 RMB/CNY (about $14 USD) of talk-time.

You will receive a booklet with directions in English and Chinese of commonly requested sites. You will find this booklet useful when you hire a taxi. This will save you much time when planning your stay in Beijing, and give you the freedom to change your plans at any time without having to contact us.

There is a deposit fee of $100 USD (or RMB/CNY equivalent). This deposit will be refunded to you when you return the phone to us: minus the fee for the rental period, the cost of the talk-time used, and the cost of any recharge card fees that you have bought from us.

Your rental period is considered to be measured from the date you receive the phone until the date your phone is returned to us.

How do I order a cell-mobile phone from you?

You can order a cell-mobile phone as far in advance as you wish. You also may order a phone after your arrival in Beijing. However, for your own maximum benefit, it is wise to order in advance of your arrival.

If you choose to cancel a phone that you ordered from us before your arrival, please make sure you cancel your order before your arrive in Beijing.

How do I get the phone when I arrive in Beijing?

Your phone will be delivered to your hotel. It will already be programmed with the necessary numbers. If you have any further questions, just use the phone to contact us.
