Reservation

If you want to make a reservation, 30% of the tour cost must be sent through Pay Pal or wired to our bank account 30 days before the tour. A clear copy of each passenger's passport is required to book hotels and air tickets. Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit, we shall send you an e-mail confirming the tour within 5 working days, together with the final itinerary of the tour. Once your reservation has been processed, any changes pertaining to your tour must be submitted in writing to our office.

Final Payment

The balance of your tour payment is due 7 days prior to the tour. Final payments not received by the due date will be subject to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the tour, full payment must be paid immediately.

Itinerary

Beijing Journey endeavors to follow the itinerary precisely, however, if it becomes necessary for the services to be changed, or for the tour to be prolonged because of circumstances beyond the control of Beijing Journey, the passenger is held responsible for all the additional tour costs, which must be paid immediately.
