Please note:

• In order to better serve you, please contact us at least a week before interpreter, translation and transcription services are needed.

Interpretation Pricing

• Pricing is based on the type and difficulty of interpretation needed.

•  Each working day will be considered to be 8 hours. A working period lasting less than 4 hours will be charged as a half day.

Translation Pricing

• Translation services will be charged by the hour.

• Pricing is based on the following factors.

• Time required to complete the assignment. How fast do you need it?
• The complexity of the subject matter. Is it a letter, company brochure or a legal document?
• The language combinations. Source language and target language of the document.

Transcription Pricing

• Transcription services will be charged by the audio length.

• Pricing is based on the following factors.

• Quality of the audio.
• Number of speakers.
• The type of project. Is it for research, academic, business, etc.?
• Turn-around time. How soon do you need it?
• Type of transcription. Do you need complete verbatim, intelligent verbatim, content, etc.?
